The purchaser has a period of 14 days, starting on the actual day of delivery of the order, to withdraw from the purchase contract. Once the 14 days from the purchase have passed, the company can no longer make any refunds.<\/p>

In order to be entitled to a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging; the packaging must be intact, with the original seals and labels not removed and with the original wrapping.<\/p>

To return the product, the Purchaser must send an email to customerservice@wepere.com<\/a>\u00a0expressly declaring withdrawal from the sales contract, attaching a receipt or proof of purchase: the Company will reply confirming receipt of the request and with instructions on how to proceed with the return.<\/p>

Please do not send the product without authorisation from the Company.<\/p>

Once the return has been received and verified, the Company will send an email to the Purchaser notifying the receipt and approval or non-approval of the refund.<\/p>

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to the credit card or payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 10 days.<\/p>
