I am an amateur/professional swimmer and want to support my athletic training out of the water to improve my performance in the pool.

I am a swimmer and I am looking for solutions to help me solve problems due to functional overloads, both in my shoulders and back, and in my legs and feet.

  • Post-training/competition muscle recovery
  • Post-injury strength recovery
  • Injury treatment (muscle contractures, fractures, tendon and ligament injuries, etc.)
