Right of withdrawal


1. General information

The purchaser has a period of 14 days, starting on the actual day of delivery of the order, to withdraw from the purchase contract. Once the 14 days from the purchase have passed, the company can no longer make any refunds.

In order to be entitled to a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging; the packaging must be intact, with the original seals and labels not removed and with the original wrapping.

To return the product, the Purchaser must send an email to customerservice@wepere.com expressly declaring withdrawal from the sales contract, attaching a receipt or proof of purchase: the Company will reply confirming receipt of the request and with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please do not send the product without authorisation from the Company.

From receipt of the authorisation, the Purchaser has a period of 14 days to return the product.

2. Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, the Company will send an email to the Purchaser notifying the receipt and approval or non-approval of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to the credit card or payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 10 days.

If the refund is not approved, the reason for the refusal will be communicated.

3. Late or missing refunds

In case of non-receipt of the refund:

  • double-check the payment method used for the purchase;
  • then contact the bank (often a processing time is required before the refund is actually credited to the bank account)

Only after the above steps have been taken, if no refund is received, the Purchaser may contact the Company at customerservice@wepere.com.

4. Return shipping cost

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Purchaser and are non-refundable.

5. Return due to defect

If the product has conformity defects or is damaged, it is necessary to notify the Company by sending an e-mail to customerservice@wepere.com: wait for confirmation and then return the defective product in good condition and in its original packaging.

The manufacturing company will ascertain the presence of the defect and will respond to the Purchaser’s request to communicate the result of the verification and possible replacement.
