A. General Provisions
The present Conditions govern and regulate the commercial transactions concluded online between the company I.A.C.E.R. S.R.L. with registered office in 30037 Scorzè (VE), Via Enzo Ferrari 2, C.F. and P.I. 00185480274, Rea VE 120250, emailiacer@iacer.it , hereinafter referred to as “the Seller” or more briefly “IACER” and any natural or legal person making online purchases on the website https://wepere.com/ – hereinafter referred to as “the purchaser” or “the customer”.
The offer and sale of Products on the Site constitute a distance contract governed by Italian law and by the rules applicable thereto, in particular by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions) and, in the case of Customers acting privately outside of an entrepreneurial activity, by the Consumer Code under Chapter I, Title III (Articles 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”).
Browsing the above site and transmitting a purchase order on the site implies acceptance of these Conditions and of the personal data protection policies adopted by the site itself. The user is required to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are generally and unequivocally understood to be accepted at time of purchase, as well as all further additional information that is made available by Iacer Srl on the site for the execution of an informed and conscious purchase.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended at any time by Iacer; any amendments and/or new conditions shall be in force from the time of their publication on the Website. The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date purchase order is sent.
B. Object of the Contract
The commercial transaction concluded online between Iacer and the Customer takes the form of a contract concerning products offered for sale on https://wepere.com/.
On the other hand, these Conditions do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that are present or can be reached via links on https://wepere.com/.
C. Pre-contractual information
The products are sold directly by the company I.A.C.E.R. S.R.L. with registered office in 30037 Scorzè (VE), Via Enzo Ferrari, 2, C.F. and P.I. 00185480274, Rea VE 120250, which is also the manufacturer.
For any information the purchaser may contact the seller at the e-mail address welcome@wepere.com or at the telephone number (+39) 0415401356, as well as through the dedicated forms on the Site.
The product offers on the Website are intended for customers of legal age. By placing an order through this website, the customer guarantees that he or she is of legal age (18 years) and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
The Customer is prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious names in the on-line order procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors in the data you provided when placing your order online, you as the customer being solely responsible for entering them correctly.
Prior to the conclusion of the purchase contract, the customer takes note of the characteristics of the goods, which are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of selection.
Prior to the validation of the order with ‘obligation to pay’, the customer is informed about:
• total price of the goods including taxes, with details of shipping and any other costs.
• Payment and delivery methods;
• The period within which the seller undertakes to deliver the goods;
• information about the Seller, the geographical address, telephone and fax number, postal address
electronically, information which is also set out below:

D. Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
- The contract is concluded exclusively via the Internet, by means of the customer accessing https://wepere.com/ and placing a purchase order according to the procedure set out on the site itself.
- In order to conclude the purchase contract, the customer must fill in the form electronically and submit it following the relevant instructions.
- Before confirming his/her order, the customer undertakes to read these general terms and conditions of sale and to accept them by placing a flag in the box indicated.
- Receipt by the seller of the electronic form completed by the user shall have the value of a contractual proposal and sending this order the buyer acknowledges that he is fully aware of and accepts these general terms and conditions in their entirety.
- The contract of sale is considered concluded when the Seller sends the Buyer an e-mail confirming the order to the e-mail address indicated by the Buyer.
The e-mail contains the data of the purchase and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs, and delivery address to which the goods will be sent. In the order confirmation e-mail, the purchaser will also receive a link to download and file a copy of these general terms and conditions of sale, as provided for Article 51, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 and by the other regulations in force. - The Customer shall verify with the utmost care and attention the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and notify the Seller within 24 hours of any inaccuracies. After this period has expired in vain and the payment has been successfully made, the Seller shall proceed with the supply in the manner indicated in the Order Confirmation.
E. Description and visual representation of goods
- The Vendor endeavours to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible manner. Nevertheless, there may be some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the product depicted on the site and the actual product.
- The visual representation of products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the image
photographs of the products themselves and/or their packaging. However, photographs of the products presented on the website do not constitute a contractual element, as they are to be considered merely representative, without any guarantee or commitment on the part of the Seller as to the exact correspondence between the image depicted and the actual product. - In the event of a difference between the picture and the written product sheet, the description of the product sheet always prevails.
F. Product availability
- The Customer may only purchase the goods in the catalogue published on the website and in the quantities indicated therein. The prices and availability of the products shown on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice.
- Due to the possible simultaneous access to the website by more than one user and the time elapsing between the loading of the web page and the insertion in the cart, the actual availability individual products may vary considerably compared to the indications given on the website. At the time of check-out, the website’s computer system checks the availability of the Products purchased and informs the Customer of the possible unavailability of one or more products before the Customer makes payment.
- In the event that an IT anomaly occurs such that a product is available for purchase that in reality is not, even after order confirmation e-mail has been sent, this will be automatically rectified by deleting the unavailable product or products and the Customer will be immediately informed by e-mail. With this e-mail, the customer will also be informed of the manner and timing of the refund of any sums paid.
- It is possible to pre-order a product that is not available in our warehouses. In such cases, purchase orders (“Pre-Orders”) will only concern the products listed on the Pre-Order Page, labelled “Pre-Order”.
G. Payments
- Payments in execution of the purchase contract may be made by credit card, Paypal, MyBank, EPS, Giropay, Sofort, Klarna.
The Customer is obliged to choose, prior to the conclusion of the purchase contract, the chosen method of payment. In the event of purchase with payment by credit card or Paypal, the actual debiting of the amount shall take place when the Seller sends the order confirmation e-mail - The credit card payment procedure takes place using a secure connection, in which the customer must find the amount of order and must indicate the type, number, expiry date and CVV of the credit card
- Communications concerning payment and the data communicated by the customer when payment is made take place on specially protected lines.
- In the event of non-payment by the Customer of the agreed price, for any reason or cause whatsoever, products shall not be delivered and the Contract shall be deemed terminated
H. Prices and delivery charges
- All product prices are indicated on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Where a product is discounted, the percentage discount, the original price and the final price are indicated.
- The Seller may change prices at any time, but the goods shall be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time the order is placed and indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer.
- Shipping is free of charge for orders over 150€; 5€ for orders of lower amount.
I. Delivery Terms
- The Seller shall process the order normally within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) from the day the order is received and only after verifying that payment has been made. With the processing of the order, the Seller shall entrust the products to the courier or shipper of trust for dispatch to the address indicated by the Customer, summarised in the order confirmation
- Deliveries will take place within 3 to 5 working days (for islands and so-called inconvenient areas delivery times may vary), excluding , holidays and weekday closures. In such casesdelivery times may vary.
- In any case, the expected delivery terms are indicated in the order confirmation and are merely indicative and not peremptory, as they may be subject to delays for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
- In the event that a problem occurs during transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the delivery time specified in the order confirmation, the Customer may notify the Seller, who will attempt to resolve the matter within a reasonable period of time.
- No liability shall be incurred by the Customer for any reason whatsoever on the part of the Seller if the products are not delivered in accordance with the time limits set out in clauses I.2 and II.3.
- If the goods are not delivered within the period of 30 days after the dispatch of order confirmation, the Customer has the right to contact the seller and grant them a further reasonable extension to make the delivery. If the seller fails to deliver the goods within the extended deadline, the Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and to be reimbursed the consideration paid.
- Please note that the Pre-Ordered Product (see 6.4.) is not yet available in our warehouses, so delivery times will depend on the aforementioned availability. In such cases the Seller
will deliver the Product to the address indicated by the Buyer on the date indicated in the pre-order confirmation e-mail. In the event that we are unable to meet the indicated delivery date because the Product is not yet available, the Seller will contact the Buyer without delay indicating a new delivery date.
M. Delivery and verification of products
- The products shall be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. The products are shipped at the Buyer’s risk, which is why the Buyer must take care inspect the product immediately upon delivery and notify the carrier of any damage. In this case, the carrier shall not deliver the products and shall notify the Seller accordingly.
- If delivery does not take place for reasons for which the Customer is responsible, the Customer shall be liable for the payment of the shipping costs incurred by the Seller, subject to compensation for greater damages.
N. Invoicing
- For each order placed on the site, the Vendor shall issue an invoice for the goods to be shipped.
- The invoice can be downloaded from the invoice portal made available to buyers after purchase,
by transmission by the Seller of first access credentials. - The invoice will contain the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure. Once the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated on invoice.
O. Product storage and preservation
- Products sold by IACER must be kept and stored by the Customer using the precautions and
necessary and related to the nature of such products. - Negligence and/or inexperience in the storage of each product may damage it and/or compromise its quality. IACER shall not be liable for any damage to the products resulting from incorrect and/or improper storage of the same, with the express forfeiture of any warranty in respect thereof.
P. Warranty
Products sold by the Seller shall enjoy the applicable statutory warranties.
Q. Right of withdrawal
- In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying a reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
- A customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the seller by e-mail to welcome@wepere.com.
- In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the written notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to the Seller his wish to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The goods shall be returned to I.A.C.E.R. S.R.L. at its registered office in 30037 Scorzè (VE), Via Enzo Ferrari 2.
- The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the Seller shall refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the returned product.
- The Seller shall make the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time purchase.
- Any costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.
R. Jurisdiction and Place of Jurisdiction
Unless excluded by other mandatory regulations, any dispute that may arise between the Parties in relation to the execution and/or interpretation of the purchase object of these general sales conditions shall be subject to Italian jurisdiction and shall be decided by the Judicial Authority of the Court of Venice.
S. Processing of personal data
IACER undertakes to comply with current legislation on the protection of personal data. The information on the processing of personal data is made available on the Site, which can be viewed and downloaded at any time prior to the conclusion of the contract at the link https://wepere.com/
